Our team looks for value add opportunities that provide capital returns for equity investors and continual income streams to satisfy mezzanine and debt partners. We seek properties with cash flow potential to substantiate their value – this may include mixed-use projects with elements of commercial, leisure, retail, or residential space.

 

Other asset classes of interest include industrial warehouses, resorts, golf courses, and shopping centers. Investments will have strong locations and can also include real estate backed businesses.

 

We engage a full-service operation; typically we will arrange the financing and then handle both the development and asset management of the property.

 

Our experience covers both new construction and renovation projects and we have extensive relationships with architects, engineers, real estate lawyers, etc.

 

We look at deals primarily in Portugal, but also elsewhere in Europe and the US. Target deal values range up to €100m.
