Karl began working with the firm in 2005 and now oversees the Development and the Management teams. He leads deal structuring, financial relations, and construction. Karl previously worked at UBS and is a large political donor. He is a member of the Economic Club of New York, Manhattan Institute, and graduated from the London School of Economics.

Hefele
Bernd has over 35 years of real estate law and development. He has unparalleled relationships with local municipalities and leads the approval process for the firm's development projects. He has led over 1,000 transactions since beginning the 1980s. Bernd graduated from Columbia Business School, Seton Hall Law School, and Colby College.

Shannon frequently speaks at industry conferences and her work has been recognized by The International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences and w3. She graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
